Location : Panipat/Karnal, Haryana
Salary : 30,000 per month + Travel/Convenience Allowance + Incentives
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Developer to join our team. As a leading manpower provisioning, recruitment, labor, and security services provider, we need a dynamic individual to drive business growth by generating leads, securing projects, and managing client relationships across Haryana. The role involves irregular work hours, extensive travel, and a focus on building strong business relationships in the Panipat/Karnal area, with additional outreach throughout the state.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and engage potential business clients, focusing on securing contracts for manpower, recruitment, labor, and security services primarily in Panipat/Karnal, and expanding across Haryana.
- Field Work & Socialization : Conduct extensive fieldwork, attend business meetings, participate in networking events, and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
- Client Meetings & Presentations : Meet with businesses in person to present service offerings, negotiate terms, and convert leads into successful contracts.
Project Liaisoning :
- Pre-Project : Collaborate with clients to understand their manpower, recruitment, and security needs, ensuring alignment with our service capabilities.
- Ongoing Project : Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Post-Project : Follow up post-project completion to ensure client satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for additional services.
- Target Achievement : Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets by securing business projects in the manpower, recruitment, labor, and security sectors.
Travel Requirements :
- Heavy travel within Panipat/Karnal for client meetings and project pursuits.
- Secondary travel across Haryana for broader outreach and lead conversion.
Requirements :
- Residence : Must be a resident of Panipat or Karnal.
- Transportation : Must own a bike or car for extensive travel.
Skills :
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and liaison abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain robust business relationships.
- Work Schedule : Must be flexible to work irregular hours based on client needs and business demands.
