Executive - Field Sales - OEM/Manufacturing (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Managerial:
- Establish effective communication between the OEM, Distributor and the client
- Address and oversee any issues within the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
- Coordinate with Service engineers and other technical staff and keep a track of their activities.
- Ensure all scheduled daily, weekly and monthly reports are duly filled and submitted on time and with accuracy.
- Work closely with the distributor and actively drive sales within the region. - Establish an understanding about current market conditions and effectively communicate the same to higher management team.
- Become a single point of contact for all stakeholders within the assigned region. 2. Explorative:
- Find and populate the list of potential distributors for different states.
- Distributor qualification and follow-up
- Should have access to all documents and PO's, Introductory letters etc.
- Lookout for any new potential opportunities in the region
- Lookout and get regular updates on the developing competitor scenario within the region
3. Administrative:
- Daily check of updates on the various leads trackers.
- Ensuring CRM is updated along with the lead trackers by the respective person.
- Reporting any large variance or flagged issues in the lead trackers or CRM.
- Keep a check of incoming requests, follow up with concerned persons and respond appropriately. Also keep the concerned person in CC.
- Consolidating expense reports and submitting every Friday.
- Coordinate with reporting managers for machine follow-up check (Aftersales survey) and getting surveys filled.
- Work on sales activity tracker
