Job Role Responsibilities :
- Develop And Execution Of 1-Year Sales And Marketing Plan And Marketing Calendars
- Coordinate Local Marketing Activities, Act As In-Country Marketing Focal Point For Lubricants Global Business Unit
- Provide Market Data, Observations And Trends To MBU (Market Business Unit) And Global Advisors To Facilitate Strategy And Offer Development
- Ensure Alignment With Budget Requirement And Controls Guidelines
- Ensure All Activities Conform To The Expectations Set Forth In The Brand Product Integrity Management Systems (BPIMS) Framework
- Leads Market Data, Trends, And Insights Analysis To Facilitate Plan Development (Country Market Plan, 5 Year Market Plan)
- Reviews Plans To Ensure Region / Market Remains Aligned
- Provides Input Into Program Development To Ensure Relevance To Region / Market; Accountable For Transition From Program Development To Region / Market Implementation
- Leads Region/Market Communication And Adoption Of Local Marketing Initiative
- Consults With Sales On Resource Allocation To Ensure Effective Timely Delivery Of Initiatives In Market
- Participates In Region / Market Special Projects As Required
- Provides Feedback On Marketing Program / Initiatives For Effectiveness
- Evaluates And Measure Marketing Program S Offer Execution And Effectiveness To Assess Impact To Desired Objective
- Expected Level Of Proficiency
- Bachelor S Degree In Engineering/Technology Or Post Graduate In Marketing Or MBA
- Minimum 3 Years Of Field Marketing Experience In An FMCG Company/Paint Company
- Experience In Design/Execution Of Marketing Programs
- Team Player With Innovative And Creative Mindset
- Age 20-30 Yrs.
- Must Have Own Bike
