The Job

The Sales Executive (B2B) will play a critical role in driving sales growth within the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored travel solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the travel industry.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel industry.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Promote and sell travel products and services of Domestic & International Holiday Packages and other related services.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote travel solutions.

3. Negotiation and Contract Management:

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.

- Prepare and present proposals and quotations that meet client requirements and company profitability goals.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Hospitality and Transport & Logistics industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
