Executive - Field Sales - Loan (1-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard prospective clients for business loans through direct interactions, field visits, and networking.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through field activities, partnerships, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for business loans in line with organizational goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Documentation: Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documentation.
- Follow-up: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement and provide after-sales support.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory and company guidelines throughout the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 1-8 Years of proven experience in field sales, specifically in business loans or financial products.
- Strong knowledge of business loan processes and credit assessment criteria.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field activities.
