Executive - Field Sales - Loan (1-3 yrs)
Objective and Responsibilities :
- Visit customer locations, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro's gold loan products.
- Responsible for lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling
- Convincing prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Skills & Requirements :
Must haves :
- Languages : Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Marathi (based on location) and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
- Good communication, presentation and retention skills
- A knack for establishing rapport with customers
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented
- Must have a bike to travel
