About the Role:

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within a designated territory. This involves actively seeking out new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products or services.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.

- Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies within a designated territory, ensuring effective coverage and market penetration.

- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
