Executive - Field Sales - IT Infrastructure (3-10 yrs)
Job Description/Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and fix up appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
- Apply the pitches as set by the manager effectively for cold call as well as prospects with defined needs.
- Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the respective managers
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with customers who are not already in the database
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with the Team Managers to update information and discuss any issues
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas
- Provide Back End Support to all field sales staff, Pan India.
- Ensure logging of all Leads and Meeting Follow-ups in the system.
- Follow-up with sales team members for weekly reports for Sales Review meetings.
- Assist the DH for sending out the regular mailers as part of the Lead / Enquiry generation Campaign.
- Work closely with the PMX Team to resolve issues and if unresolved immediately pin point to DH for getting involved and resolving the same.
