Executive - Field Sales - IT Hardware (7-12 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and expand client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, preferably with experience in hardware or mechanical products, and the ability to manage client conversions and coordinate effectively with the management team. This role involves both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Field Sales and Client Conversion :
a. Visit potential and existing clients within Mumbai and outstation locations (Rajasthan, Surat, Bangalore, Vadodara) to generate and convert leads.
b. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Team Coordination and Reporting :
a. Coordinate with the lead generator and management team to ensure seamless communication.
b. Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses to management.
3. Customer-Centric Strategies :
a. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
b. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
4. Training and Development :
a. Assist in onboarding and training new hires (if applicable) to align with company standards and expectations.
5. Market Research and Strategy :
a. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
b. Identify new opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 20,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
