The Job:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits and cold calling.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from pitching to closing deals.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and promptly address client concerns.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.
- Gather feedback to improve products and services.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Maintain an organized database of clients and prospects.

Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 0-1 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Language: Kannada, Hindi and English
Requirements:
- Must have a bike and a valid driving license for on-field activities.
- Must own a laptop for client presentations and reporting.
