Executive - Field Sales - Interior Design (1-3 yrs)

- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY) : 1-3 years DIRECT SALES of Building Materials UPVC Doors/Windows, LOCKS, Elevator, Tiles, Paint, water purifier, chimney, sanitaryware, Furniture, Realty
PREFARED COMPANY : ProMinent, Trustin, Beka, Suko etc.
LAGUAGE PROFICIENCY : Hindi, English, Bengali (Very good communication skill)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA : Expert in Field Sales/Showroom Sales and Lead Generation
BEHAVIORAL TRAIT : Smart, presentable, good English communication skill, self-motivated, multitasking, convincing, eye for details, punctual, mental agility to handle stress and target
JOB DESCRIPTION :
i) Get full training on the product range
ii) Get leads from Builders, Architects, Upcoming housings, reference from old customers
iii) Scan areas to find potential customers by direct visits
iv) Meet Customer, understand need and explain product and negotiate price
v) Take measurement of required window/door
vi) Attend showroom to design the window and share the quotation with the customer
vii) Visit again and close the deal
viii )Align and coordinate for delivery and installation with team members
ix) Payment collection
x) Keep in touch with customer for after sales service and maintain relation
xi) Reporting daily activity to Management, maintaining customer data base
TRAVELLING : Extensive field travelling required (MUST HAVE BIKE & knows driving)
AREA OF OPERATION : Entire Kolkata (Mainly Newtown, Rajarhat & Salt Lake area)
