Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting with clients in-person, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and address inquiries promptly.
- Identify potential markets and opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Provide on-the-spot product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional materials to clients.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study
- Two years of marketing and sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
