Job Title:- Field Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive insurance sales through our banking partners. The role involves managing relationships with bank branches, training bank staff, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Duties and functions:-
- Drive sales of insurance products across multiple bank branches.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve productivity.
- Develop strategies to enhance branch-level activation and customer engagement.
- Work closely with bank management to ensure alignment on business goals.
Indoctrination:- Minimum Graduation is required
Experience:- Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
Revenue:- 3.75 LPA + Incentives
