Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Plan and review sales goals, targets, and activities with agents regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales activities.
- Meet and engage with potential clients to promote and sell products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Provide product information and handle customer queries on the spot.
- Report sales activities and outcomes to the management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (Field sales preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Age: 21-37 years.
