Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Description: Field Sales Executive
Designation: Field Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales (any industry)
Qualification: Intermediate or Graduate
Languages Known: Telugu, Hindi, English
Industry: Telecom/ISP/FMCG/Retail/Pharma/BFSI
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 6 days/week (1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays are working)
Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
1)Sales Execution:
- Promote and sell company products/services to targeted customers within the assigned branch area.
- Generate sales from underutilized elements to maximize capacity utilization.
2)Lead Generation:
- Identify new leads through door-to-door activities and cold calls in the designated area.
- Attend and follow up on enquiry calls promptly, ensuring adherence to TAT.
3)Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.
- Track progress and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
3)Marketing Activities:
- Conduct weekly Below-The-Line (BTL) activities such as kiosk setups, leafleting, and brochure distribution to boost sales and brand awareness.
