Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executive to lead our sales team in driving revenue and achieving company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Guide, coach, and inspire the field sales staff to meet both individual and group sales goals.
- Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to promote revenue expansion.
- Give the field sales team demanding but reasonable sales goals.
- Build and maintain solid connections with key clients and partners.
- Create and provide sales reports to high management regularly.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is Mandatory
- Age Min 21 to Max 40
- Min 2 Years experience in field Sales
