Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Tekpillar is hiring Field Sales Executive for Siliguri, Jalpaiguri and Coochbehar Locations
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
- Ensure product knowledge by Max Life Insurance ways of training
- Field demonstration (FODs)
- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
- Ensure the Company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms
Mandated Candidate :
0 Must be graduation
- Minimum 2 years of skilled sales and marketing
Age : 25 to 38 years
CTC : 2.75 To 3.60 LPA + Incentive + Additional help
