Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Promote and market company goods in designated areas.
- Finish the required training on products and compliance.
- Work together with individuals from various teams.
- Create persuasive sales presentations for various target audiences.
- Gather contact details from clients and pursue leads.
- Keep up with the client database.
- Cultivate a solid rapport with customers.
- Make reports on sales, needs analysis, and benefits and costs.
- Keep an eye on rival sales tactics.
Candidate Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or an equivalent diploma certificate
- Two years of proven sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
