Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-13 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit team of financial consultants and manage it
- Drive business via team
- Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve sales goals
- Ensure that products information is communicated to understood team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform
- Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team
- Track customer proposals through to conversion
Requirements :
- Must be graduate & above
- At least 2+ yrs. of field sales experience.
- Must be local with 4 years stay
- Age between 24 years to 39 years
- Must have two-wheeler
