Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
To increase sales through our agency channel, we are searching for a field sales professional. Building relationships with agency partners, increasing revenue, and providing exceptional customer service are all part of this profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining connections with agency partners to market and sell the company's goods and services
- Reach and surpass sales goals and KPIs in the designated territory
- Provide frequent training and assistance to agency partners to improve product expertise and sales efficacy
- Find new business prospects and grow the agency network
- Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly respond to client inquiries
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Work with internal teams to guarantee seamless sales and after-sales procedures
Requirements
- One to three years of sales experience, ideally in an agency channel or related field;
- excellent communication, negotiating, and presentation abilities; and the capacity to forge close bonds with clients and partners
- Customer-centric with an emphasis on offering solutions
- Target-oriented with a track record of hitting sales targets
- Capable of working independently and managing field duties
- Willing to travel when necessary
