Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated field sales executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly in the field, building relationships and driving sales in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and increase sales in your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance.
- Help implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior field sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned area.
- Must be local.
