Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Prospecting : Identify and research potential clients within the assigned territory through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
Negotiation : Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting tactics as needed.
Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Qualifications :
