Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Prospecting : Identify and research potential clients within the assigned territory through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.

Negotiation : Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting tactics as needed.

Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Customer Service : Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.

Travel : Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events as required.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
