1] Plan/ Control/ Monitor team of Relationship Managers in the assigned region to achieve Sales targets.
2] Ensure budgeted numbers of manpower month over month in the region.
3] Build long term relationships with Bank Staff.
4] Cascade the incentive programs & ensure complete success in implementation of the same.
5] Ensure team is aware about new products and sales Processes.

Qualification - Min Graduate.
Experience - 1-2 years. of insurance sales experience.
