Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit Team under you
- Recruit Part-Time Employees
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
- Conduct meetings with reporting agents
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers
- Attend all meetings and training programs
- Ensure 1 or 2 joint calls are made on a daily basis
- Comply with all the policies and procedures laid down by the company
Required Candidates :
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Sales experience of 2 years in sales and marketing
- Age : Between 24 to 38 year
- Who are ok with the given ctc
- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
