Job Overview :

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales within the industrial sector by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. This role requires extensive travel to client sites, industrial fairs, and other relevant locations.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Generation :

- Identify and approach potential clients in the industrial sector.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.

Client Relationship Management :

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Act as the point of contact for client needs and ensure their queries are addressed promptly.

- Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy :

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

- Participate in sales meetings, industrial exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's offerings.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Prepare reports on sales activities, sales performance, and market analysis.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and agreements.

Collaboration :


- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and improve product offerings.

Travel :

- Travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and gather market intelligence.

- Manage travel schedules and budgets effectively.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of [3-5] years of sales experience in the industrial sector.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of industrial products and services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
