Client:-Indiabulls Ventures Ltd
Walk-in Interview:- 5 to 8 Feb.
Salary :- 15,500 to - 17,500 kMonthly
Nb:- 23 openings.
Education - 12th pass mandatory
Selection Criteria:-
1) 6 months to 2 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory
2) Candidates have to Carry Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank statement/ salary slip /offer letter at the time of Interview )
3) Candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience in any field
4)18 - 35 yrs can apply
5)Male mandatory
6)Good Bengali skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
7)Must have PAN CARD & Aadhar Card.
Role :
1) A person who can handle the assigned Area, Territory Independently.
2) Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
3) Manage channel partners for optimal results. Educate them on the process. Show demo's.
4) Establishing, maintaining and building good rapport with Channel Partners
5) Completing shop to shop visits within the agreed timelines. Meet end clients whenever possible.
6) Ensure to meet disbursal targets, month on month.
7) Co-ordinate with the customer service, back end team for smoother process and aim for resolution of every query to maximize disbursals.
