Executive - Field Sales - Health Insurance /Life Insurance (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for the candidates who are having experience of Health Insurance /Life Insurance and looking forward to expand their career in the same field with the growing company.
1 yr. to 4 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Healthcare/Medical or Banking/Financial Services /Insurance mandatory
Roles and responsibilities :
- Candidate will be responsible for selling the Health/Insurance Packages to customers within the 3-4 KM radius of given hospital.
- Getting the sale- using various customer sales methods.
- Developing - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Building productive long-lasting customer relationships.
- Generate or follow through sales leads to meet personal targets.
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to the Field Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with other Field Sales Executives and the Field Sales Manager to ensure effective coordination in the achievement of organizational goals.
