Executive - Field Sales - FMCG (2-8 yrs)
Job Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage the team and ensure team members are well-trained
- Recruit agent/advisor
- Achieve sales target through the agency channel
- Provide post sell services to customers
- Generate leads
- Recruiting new team members and providing them with the training needed to drive business growth
- Build relation with agency partners
- Give proper knowledge to agent and customers regarding policies
Candidate preferences :
- Candidate must completed graduation
- Minimum 2 years experience in field work
- Maintain good communication with clients
- Local candidate with good local networks
- Ability to work independently
