Job Duties :
- Ensure correct on-boarding of retail shops and Kirana stores.
- Train and support retail shops and Kirana stores to use Ninjacart mobile app
- Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries
- Pitch about Ninjacart to retail shops and Kirana stores and make them join the platform
- Need to take orders from existing vendors
