Executive - Field Sales - FMCG (1-4 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in the FMCG/F&B industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in channel sales and general trade. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

- Conduct regular market visits to monitor and improve product visibility

- Manage sales activities and ensure adherence to company policies

- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts

Requirements :

- Minimum of 1 year experience in channel sales and general trade

- Strong understanding of the FMCG/F&B industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel as required
