Executive - Field Sales - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our bakery products to existing and new customers, with a focus on increasing sales revenue and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote our bakery products
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales with customers
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the food industry (bakery experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bakery products and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
