Executive - Field Sales - FMCD (3-7 yrs)
Role & responsibilities:
Prospecting : Identify and target new sales opportunities.
Outreach : Initiate contact with potential customers and pipeline via offline channels.
Presentation : Effectively present our products to potential clients.
Negotiating : Close deals and build strong client relationships.
Maximise opportunities : meet daily kpi's and monthly/quarterly sales targets
Reporting : Regularly update management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Preferred candidate profile:
Goal-Oriented : A relentless achiever who exceeds sales targets.
Seasoned Pro : With at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Dealership or home appliance Industry.
Master Communicator : Stellar communication and negotiation skills.
Team Player : Energised by working in a high-performance team.
Self-Starter : Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Language Fluent : Can speak English and Hindi fluently
