Executive - Field Sales - Financial Product (1-5 yrs)
Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive at Andromeda, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products such as personal loans, business loans, and other retail financial products to prospective clients. Your role will involve identifying and targeting potential customers, building and nurturing relationships, and meeting sales targets in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through field visits, and networking.
- Promote all financial products (PL, BL, HL, LAP) and BT, top-up, OD, CC and more to prospective clients.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and provide guidance throughout the loan application process.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collect and verify necessary documents from customers for loan processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to the operations team.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the management.
- Participate in sales training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or financial product sales (preferred).
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
