Executive - Field Sales - Facility Management Services (1-2 yrs)

- As a Sales Executive at Addressa Facility Services, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the acquisition of new clients. Working alongside a dynamic team, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and establishing long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities :

1. Prospect and generate leads :


- Identify potential clients through market research, online sources, networking, social media platforms and referrals.


- Cold-call and email prospects to introduce our company's services and solutions.


- Conduct initial needs assessments to understand client requirements.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies :


- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.


- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs and pain points.

3. Relationship management :


- Nurture and develop relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and networking events.


- Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.


- Maintain a strong understanding of the facility management industry, keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitors.

4. Close deals and achieve sales targets :


- Convert qualified leads into closed deals by effectively presenting the value proposition and negotiating contract terms.


- Monitor and track sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.


- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications :


- Proven experience as a B2B sales representative or similar role, preferably in the facility management industry.


- Strong knowledge of the facility management market, industry trends, and competitors.


- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.


- Ability to travel for client meetings.
