Job Overview :

We are seeking proactive and dynamic individuals to join our client's sales team as Sales & Marketing Executives in the electric vehicle segment. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and fostering strong customer relationships across multiple locations in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities :

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set for assigned locations in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for market expansion in Jaipur.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

- Provide regular reports and updates on competitor activities to the management team.

- Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review.

- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

- Monitor inventory levels at dealer locations and provide recommendations for replenishment.

- Address any operational issues or challenges faced by field sales personnel and provide necessary support and guidance.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the electric vehicle market.

- Proactively seek feedback from customers, peers, and supervisors to identify areas for personal and professional development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
