- MBA or B.E / B.Tech [All branches] or any graduate with excellent communication skills Experience MBA or Graduate Freshers/ Experienced
- Good to have 1 to 4 years B2C sales experience
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
- Excellent spoken and verbal skills

- Willing to travel within the city limits for home demos

Job Description :
- Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face.
- The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IITs, IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India.
- Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts
Responsibilities :
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
Work Timings 6 days a week; Working on Saturday and Sunday's is mandatory (No exception for this), every Wednesday will be declared as week off.
