Executive - Field Sales - EdTech (2-4 yrs)

Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients. Your expertise in the EdTech industry will be key in promoting our e-learning products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients, including colleges, and corporate entities, to promote our e-learning solutions.

- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling strategies.

- Market Research: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and feedback from clients.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in the EdTech sector or related field.

Skills:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
