Executive - Field Sales - EDC Machine (0-2 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our range of products including EDC machines, QR Codes, and Fast Tags to potential customers in designated areas. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying potential customers and generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer information, and activity reports.
- Keeping up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Regularly reporting sales activities, targets, and achievements to management.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 12th grade education, undergraduate or graduate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid driving license.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, QR Codes, and Fast Tags preferred.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
Salary:
The salary for this position is up to Rs. 2.24 Lacs CTC per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
