About the Team
As the Seller Acquisition team, we play a key role in making Meesho one of the most sought-after e-commerce destinations in India. We hold end-to-end responsibility to launch and scale-up users on the platform by ensuring the right selection, competitive pricing and sales.
As our 3P associate, you will join us to create the best user experience in the online selling journey. From acquiring users onto the platform through marketing to training them through educational content and webinars, we look after all funnels of the user's life on Meesho.
We also engage and retain our users on the platform with growth-related initiatives. We want to enable every supplier, big or small, branded or unbranded, to experience the power of internet commerce.
About the Role
South & East charter in seller acquisition hires FOS agencies to help acquire sellers. Within that vertical, you will be part of a team that is focusing on seller acquisition from specific cities.
These include most of the metro cities- Bangalore, Kolkata and Tirupur.
- Associated hired will be working on the Feet on Street (FoS) model where the agent goes into the markets to acquire sellers.
1. On a typical day, you will be visiting the markets, pitch sellers about Meesho platform and assist them with the registration process
2. After a seller is registered, you will have to help them with catalog uploads on the supplier panel
3. Once a seller uploads catalogs, associates will help them with the order processing
What you will need :
- 0.5-1 year of experience preferably in sales or B2B onboardings
- Regional language proficiency
- Basic understanding of virtual meeting platforms, ex - google meet, zoom
