Executive - Field Sales - eCommerce (0-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Flipkart, one of India's leading e-commerce platforms. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities :
1) Identify and target prospective customers to generate new leads and on board opportunities.
2) Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their requirement
3) Meet or exceed on board targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
4) Provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts to the management team.
5) Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
6) Continuously enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-date with new product launches.
Requirements :
1) Bachelor's degree or PUC is required.
2) Proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
4) Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to close on boarding
5) Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7) Good understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
8) Fluency in regional languages, in addition to English, is a plus.
