Job Overview :

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Development Executive to drive business growth by developing and expanding sales channels. The role involves prospecting, nurturing relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and onboard potential clients and partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Provide market feedback and insights for business development strategies.

- Conduct regular field visits to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales (preferably in insurance or financial services).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
