Executive - Field Sales - Cosmetics (0-2 yrs)
Field Sales Executive
- Primary and Secondary Sales Management, Distributor Management. Key Accounts Management or/ Corporate Management/ Standalon Management.
- Generate leads, Technical Demo booking.
- Distributor management, recruiting training and motivating sales team.
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plan for expanding customer network. Designing the SOPs for various sales activities. Defining KPIs for Sales Team, reviewing and ensuring that the sales team achieve the KPI targets.
- Complementing to team effort for achieving the related results needed, analysing the marketing and branding material requirement, Preparing the report by collecting, analysing and summarising the information.
- Researching for new opportunities. Maintaining relationship with the client. Generate leads, prospects based on the sales potential and future opportunities.
