Executive - Field Sales - Construction (1-5 yrs)
We have a requirement for Field Sales Engineer for our client based in Chennai
The details are as follows :
Role- Field Sales Engineer (Sales Executive)
Experience Level - 1 to 3 years
Salary range - 18K-25K per month + travel allowance
No of positions -2
Educational Background - Diploma/Engineering/MBA candidates
Language Skills - Must be able to communicate in English, Tamil, Hindi Knowledge will be an advantage as well.
Notice Period- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Skills Required :
- Candidate should be comfortable in working with excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Presentation and Communication Skills must be good.
- Candidate should be mobile - must have their own 2 wheeler.
- Candidate must be willing to travel extensively >60%
- Having previous sales background will be given preference (B2B sales)
- Candidates with product sales / construction related experience will also be given higher weightage

- Candidates should be driven and motivated to meet the targets provided.
- Commission structure will be in place after the initial evaluation period.
