Role: Field Sales Executive
Objective: A Business Development Manager (BDM) leads and grows a sales team, finds new business opportunities, and helps the company expand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set goals to grow the business and revenue.
- Find and target new markets.
- Identify potential clients in those markets.
- Follow up on leads and help close sales.
- Set team goals and plan how to reach them.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or similar qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Age between 21 and 38 years.
- Strong leadership to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
