We are looking for passionate and dynamic Business Development Consultants (Field Sales) who can convince vendors and sell BMvala's subscription plans by visiting their shops and offices.

Job Responsibilities:

- Visit local building material vendors, shopkeepers, and business owners to sell BMvala's subscription services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.

- Explain the benefits of going online with BMvala and how it can help their business grow.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by closing deals with vendors.

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.

- Report daily sales activities and updates to the team.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Field sales or customer dealing experience preferred.

- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Mobility: Must have a bike/scooter for travel.

- Education: 12th pass/Graduate in any field (Commerce/Marketing preferred).

- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

- Comfortable with Field Work: Must be willing to visit different vendors daily.

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per month (including allowance).
