Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (3-9 yrs)
To be successful as an insurance sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Required candidate:
Age: below 39
Experience: 2 to 4 years in the Sales
The candidate must be okay with a field sales role
Good Communication & presentable
Having Own Vehicle is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
