Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Formulate and execute expansion plans for the agency network.
- Oversee, coach, and inspire a group of sales representatives.
- Establish and preserve connections with agency partners.
- To improve performance, examine market trends and sales figures.
- Verify adherence to corporate policy and legal obligations.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree
- A minimum of two years' experience overseeing sales in the insurance sector.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Indian insurance markets and legislation.
- Prior fieldwork experience is a prerequisite for the application.
