Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

We are presently looking out for candidates with Field sales Executive.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Contact advisors who are falling short of the contract maintenance criteria to either reactivate them or arrange for their training.

- Handle the selection for the advisor onboarding process.

- Take responsibility for the advisor's income.

- Assist with prospecting or spotting activity in the field as needed.

- Help whenever needed with prospecting or spotting activity in the field.

- Operate as a product Expert in the Field

- Attend a joint field work activity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Good sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to offer fantastic customer service

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field

- Up to 3.00 to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
