Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves customer acquisition, lead generation, and driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, networking, and referrals.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and prospects.

- Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to educate customers.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Work on expanding market reach by identifying new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales deals.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor sales and customer visits.

- Good understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
