Job description : Field Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Job Direct Sales Executive to lead and drive the sales strategy within our growing insurance agency. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving the growth of the agency's insurance products across various market segments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the senior point of contact for major clients, offering tailored solutions and negotiating large-scale deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve aggressive sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing of insurance applications and claims.
Desired candidate profile :
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale
- Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
- Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
